The COVID-19 pandemic exposed the limits of traditional workplace mental health approaches and created an urgent need for innovative, evidence-based solutions.
Learn from Leslie Hammer, PhD, professor and director of the Oregon Healthy Workforce Center, and Erin Flynn, PhD, director of outreach operations at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences, as they discuss how they are translating occupational health research into practical, scalable tools and getting these innovations into the hands of organizations and leaders who need them.
