Research Interests
My research encompasses to broad themes: Transport processes (electronic, ionic, and thermal) at the nanoscale and the dynamics of biological molecules. Of particular interest are nanopore-based sensors and structural transitions in proteins and DNA. We are developing computational and analytical approaches to investigating these systems.
