David Johnson is a solid-state chemist who has pioneered a new method of synthesizing valuable new materials that cannot occur naturally. He is equally a pioneer in developing graduate student programs geared to the real career needs of students (most of whom will not become academics) and shared user facilities that maximize the public value realized from investments in sophisticated equipment.
Dr. Johnson is a member of the ONAMI Leadership Team.
