Nanolaminates and Transparent Electronics, Nanoscale Metrology and Nanoelectronics, Safer Nanomaterials and Nanomanufacturing
Peter Moeck started out in East-Germany, ran away to England to become a British Citizen, met his wife in Chicago, and has stayed put in the US ever since.
Peter has published over 150 papers, given over 50 talks, and invented - among other things - transmission electron goniometry and image-based nanocrystallography with on-line database support.
Nano and micrometer scale materials science and engineering; self assembled semiconductor quantum dots & size effects on semiconductor and metal phase diagrams; application of physical crystallography to materials problems of current semiconductor technologies; transmission electron microscopy, high energy transmission electron diffraction; X-ray diffraction and topography; ferromagnetic semiconductors, crystallographic databases.
Help in the development of a dedicated nanocrystallography on the basis of Delone’s approach (that contains classical crystallography as a special case).
