Dr. Liang Wang has extensive experience in design, fabrication, characterization and analysis of various MOSFET, chemical sensors and organic electronic devices such as OFET and OLED. He is currently a senior scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, leading research in the areas of highly efficient organic light-emitting diode, transparent conductive oxides, and chemical sensing with organic semiconductor based devices. Before his employment at PNNL, he was a senior product development engineer at Advanced Micro Devices Inc, leading research and development of novel techniques for device analysis of next-generation microelectronics in the semiconductor industry. Dr. Liang Wang was awarded Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering by the University of Texas at Austin in December of 2005. He has co-authored over 20 publications with two book chapters, mostly in the area of nanoscale devices and organic semiconductors. He has served as referees for several internationally recognized journals and conferences.
