Assistant Professor, Division of Environmental and Biomolecular Systems, Oregon Health Sciences University
Nanoscale Metrology and Nanoelectronics
I joined the OHSU faculty in the Division of Environmental & Biomolecular Systems in mid-summer of 2004. My research involves applications of micro- and nanotechnology to investigate and mediate important environmental problems. Examples include the use of electronic and optical biosensors to measure microbial processes, including those of pathogenic microorganisms, in high gradient regions over multiple temporal and spatial scales.
