Nanoscale Metrology and Nanoelectronics
Ethan Minot is a physicist who studies electron transport in nanoscale systems. Ethan is currently developing charge-sensitive biosensors using semiconducting carbon nanotubes. In pursuit of single-molecule sensitivity, his research explores the interactions between charged molecules in aqueous solution and electron transport in single-nanotube transistor devices.
