Nanoscale Metrology and Nanoelectronics
Andres La Rosa is a physicist who has pioneered the development of versatile multi-probe metrology instrumentation to simultaneously characterize different properties of nanomaterials (the optical t-NSOM and the hybrid Shear-Force/Ultrasonic Near-Field Microscope). He has also helped implement the shared-user “NSTG Micro/Nano Fabrication Facility” at PSU.
